Good advice should be verifiable. Before paying, signing or submitting, independently check important claims with the relevant government authority, educational institution or employer.
A consultant can help you understand options, prepare and organise an application. That does not transfer the decision-making power of a government, university or employer to the consultant. Be particularly careful when somebody promises an outcome that only another organisation can decide.
Treat promises of a guaranteed outcome as a warning sign. Visa and immigration decisions belong to the relevant government authority; admission and employment decisions belong to the institution or employer.
Never agree to hide facts, change documents, invent employment or submit information you know is inaccurate. Applicants remain responsible for the information and documents in their application.
Be cautious when someone asks for money to secure a job, special immigration treatment, an inside connection or an unofficial faster decision. Verify the claimed process with the relevant authority.
Do not rely only on a logo, caller ID, social-media account or official-looking email. Check the web address and payment instructions against the authority’s official website before acting.
Verify the institution, course, admission communication, tuition instructions and any work-right claims using the institution and government sources. Pay tuition only through channels confirmed by the institution.
Read forms before signing, keep copies of what is submitted, obtain written service terms and receipts, and ask questions whenever you do not understand a document or instruction.
We encourage clients to verify important information independently. Our role is to provide guidance and support within the scope of the service agreed with the client. Admissions, visas, immigration status and employment outcomes remain subject to the decisions and requirements of the relevant institutions, employers and government authorities.
