Flagship Pathway · Canada PR
Canada PR through French.
French-language proficiency can strengthen an eligible Express Entry profile through additional CRS points and French-language proficiency category-based selection. Jarmar coordinates profile guidance with in-house French training and test preparation.
Who may benefit
- Express Entry candidates who are otherwise eligible and want to strengthen their official-language profile
- Graduates and professionals prepared for sustained French study and an approved language test
- Applicants who understand that immigration eligibility and settlement plans must be assessed separately
- Candidates whose education, work experience and other factors already support an Express Entry strategy
French strengthens an eligible profile — it is not a guarantee of invitation or permanent residence. Outcomes depend on your full profile and current program rules, which we assess honestly before you commit.
Express Entry & category-based selection
IRCC conducts category-based rounds for French-language proficiency. To meet the French category requirement, candidates currently need at least NCLC 7 in all four French abilities and must also meet Express Entry requirements.
CRS points for French
NCLC 7 or higher in all four French abilities can add 25 CRS points, or 50 when the candidate also has CLB 5 or higher in all four English abilities, under the current CRS rules.
TEF Canada / TCF Canada
TEF Canada and TCF Canada are approved French tests for Express Entry. Results are converted to NCLC levels for immigration scoring and program requirements.
IELTS still matters
English may still materially affect eligibility and CRS. We plan English and French testing according to the candidate’s actual program and scoring needs.
Education & work experience
Education, skilled work experience and other program requirements remain fundamental. French can strengthen an eligible profile but does not replace Express Entry eligibility.
PR application assistance
From eligibility review and profile preparation to an invitation response and document checklist, we focus on complete, evidence-based file preparation.
Jarmar conditional fee-refund program
NO PR – NO FEE*
Program fees are paid during the process. If the agreed French and English language scores are achieved, the client remains compliant with the agreed process, and Canadian permanent residence is not obtained by the expiry of the relevant qualifying language-test results, eligible fees actually paid to Jarmar may be refundable under the written program terms.
What can be covered
Eligible amounts actually paid to Jarmar for covered French coaching, IELTS coaching and Canada PR consultation/process services.
What is not refunded
Government/IRCC charges, language-test fees, ECA/WES, biometrics, medicals, PCC, translations, provincial fees and other third-party expenses.
Client responsibilities
Complete and truthful disclosure, genuine documents, full immigration/refusal and relevant admissibility/medical information, timely cooperation and required tests/documents.
Important limits
Refund cannot exceed eligible fees actually received by Jarmar. Switching to outside coaching does not create a refund entitlement for amounts not paid to Jarmar. Material concealment, fraud, abandonment or non-compliance may invalidate protection.
